3. Payment of Fees

Pay the ETA fee securely online. A confirmation receipt will be issued once payment is successful.

4. Application Review

Your application will be electronically reviewed by UK authorities. Most applications are processed within 3 working days, often faster.

5. Receive Your ETA

Once approved, your ETA will be digitally linked to your passport. You will also receive confirmation by email.

6. Present at UK Border

At arrival in the UK, simply present your passport. Border officers can electronically verify your ETA without a physical document.

Eligibility & Requirements

To apply for a UK ETA, you must:

• Be a citizen of an eligible country (currently being rolled out to specific nationalities; full list available on the UK government site).

• Hold a valid biometric passport with at least 6 months validity.

• Travel for short-term purposes: tourism, visiting family/friends, short-term business trips, or transit.

• Intend to stay up to 6 months in the UK (or 3 months if entering via the Creative Worker route).
