1. Interpretation


1.1 Interpretation and Definitions

Words with an initial capital letter have the meanings defined below. Definitions apply whether used in the singular or plural.


1.2 Definitions

For purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • “Application” means the software and/or web application provided by the Company and used on any device, including the Alpine Visa website, web portal, and mobile apps (collectively, the “App”).

  • “You” means the individual using the Service, or the company/other legal entity on whose behalf such individual is using the Service.

  • “Company,” “Alpine Visa,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Remote Vows LLC d/b/a Alpine Visa, including its subsidiaries and affiliates.

  • “Services” means services we provide to you via the App or otherwise, including without limitation: document checklists, appointment scheduling, form preparation and filing (where permitted), submission coordination, status tracking, courier coordination, and related customer support for visa/ETA/eVisa applications.


2. Acknowledgment


2.1. These Terms govern your use of the Service and form a binding agreement between you and the Company.

2.2. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

2.3. Please read these Terms carefully. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE APPLICATION OR SERVICES. By proceeding, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.4. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Services.

2.5. Age Requirement. You represent that you are at least 18 years old. Persons under 18 are not permitted to use the Service.

2.6. Privacy Policy. Your use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose your information and your rights.

2.7. Government Discretion. You acknowledge that visa/ETA decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities/embassies/consulates. Alpine Visa does not grant or deny visas and is not responsible for delays, requests for additional documents, or refusals.

2.8. Timelines Are Indicative. Any displayed estimated processing times, estimated time of arrival (ETA), or appointment availability are indicative, based on best efforts only, and are not binding on the Company.

2.9. No Government Affiliation / Not Legal Advice. Alpine Visa is a private service provider and is not affiliated with any government. We do not provide legal advice. If you need legal advice, consult a qualified attorney.


3. Placing Orders for Services


By using the Services, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.


4. Your Information


4.1. Registration & Required Information. To use the Services, you may need to create an account and submit information relevant to your order, including without limitation: full name, email, phone, billing address, payment details, passport details, travel itinerary, accommodation details, photographs, and other identity/eligibility information required by destination authorities.


4.2. Your Representations. You represent and warrant that:

(a) You have the legal right to use the payment method(s) provided;

(b) All information you supply is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading;

(c) You will respond to Alpine Visa communications within 24 hours where time-sensitive actions are required (e.g., corrections, additional documents). Failure to respond may result in cancellation or delays for which Alpine Visa is not liable;

(d) You will carefully review and verify all data captured in applications (e.g., name, passport number, dates, gender, nationality). You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your personal information.


4.3. Use of Information. By submitting information, you authorize us to share it with payment processors and third-party vendors (e.g., government portals, appointment systems, couriers) as reasonably necessary to deliver the Services. We may request additional information; failure to provide it may delay or prevent processing.


4.4. Form Preparation Authorization. Some visa systems require online or physical forms. By placing an order, you authorize Alpine Visa to complete and submit required forms on your behalf based solely on the information you provide. You agree to indemnify us for losses arising from inaccuracies or omissions in your data.


5. Order Cancellation and Refunds

5.1. We may refuse or cancel your application/order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

(i) government/embassy/third-party system downtime;

(ii) force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances;

(iii) incorrect, incomplete, or unreadable information or documents (e.g., wrong dates, unclear passport scans);

(iv) your failure to respond to required communications within 24 hours.

5.2. We may refuse or cancel your order if fraud or unauthorized/illegal transactions are suspected.

5.3. Fees are Non-Refundable. Government fees and Alpine Visa service fees are not refundable once work has commenced or an application has been submitted. A visa refusal by any authority does not entitle you to a refund. Alpine Visa does not offer any guarantee or money-back program.

5.4. Overstays. If you overstay or violate immigration rules, you are solely responsible for any penalties, legal actions, or consequences. Alpine Visa bears no responsibility.


6. Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

Fees, descriptions, and availability may change and may contain errors. We may update information on the Service and in external advertising without prior notice.


7. Price/Fees Policy

7.1. We may revise pricing any time prior to accepting an order. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

7.2. After acceptance, prices may be adjusted for matters beyond our control (e.g., government fee changes, exchange rate fluctuations, new third-party charges). In such cases you may cancel before incurring the increase.

7.3. Third-Party Expenses. Our service fees may include third-party costs (e.g., government fees, courier, appointment booking). You authorize us to charge your payment method for such costs or to invoice you for prompt reimbursement.


8. Payments

8.1. Services are subject to payment as displayed during checkout, except as noted in §7.3. Accepted methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other online processors.

8.2. Card payments are subject to issuer authorization. If authorization is declined, we are not liable for delays or non-delivery.

8.3. U.S. Operations. The Services are provided by Remote Vows LLC d/b/a Alpine Visa in the United States.

8.4. Disclosed Agent. We act as your disclosed agent to prepare, process, and submit applications where allowed. Payment processing is performed by third-party providers.


9. Promotions

9.1. Promotions may be governed by separate rules.

9.2. If promotional rules conflict with these Terms, the promotional rules control for that promotion.


10. User Accounts

10.1. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information.

10.2. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and restricting access to your devices.

10.3. You are responsible for all activities under your password.

10.4. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.


11. Intellectual Property

11.1. The Service and original content (excluding user-provided content) are the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.

11.2. The Service is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.3. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.


12. Links to Other Websites

12.1. The Service may contain links to third-party websites/services.

12.2. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

12.3. Review third-party terms and privacy policies before use.


13. Termination

13.1. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for any breach of these Terms or for other reasons at our discretion.

13.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may stop using the Service at any time.


14. Limitation of Liability

14.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (i) the amount you actually paid to the Company for the Service giving rise to the claim, or (ii) USD $100 if no amount was paid.

14.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or privacy loss), even if advised of the possibility.

14.3. The Service is provided as a convenience and does not guarantee visa issuance. We are not liable for damages arising from visa refusals, delays, or government decisions.

14.4. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions/limitations; where prohibited, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.



15. “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or corrected.

15.1. Without limiting the foregoing, we make no warranty that:

(a) the Service or any content will be available or operate without interruption;

(b) the Service, servers, content, or emails are free of viruses or other harmful components.

15.2. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions; where prohibited, exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted.

15.3. Documents in Transit. We take reasonable precautions while handling documents but are not liable for loss/delay/misplacement/damage caused by third-party courier or events beyond our control (including theft, accidents, natural disasters). Your sole recourse in such cases is against the courier.


16. Restrictions

16.1. You may use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We grant you a limited, revocable license to access and use the Application solely to obtain the Services.

16.2. You will not:

(a) delete or modify content you do not own or have permission to modify (including pricing, legal notices, trademarks);

(b) upload or post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content;

(c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access;

(d) use the Service to provide competing services without our consent.


17. Indemnification

17.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) your breach of these Terms; (iii) your infringement of third-party rights; or (iv) inaccuracies in information you provide.

17.2. The Company is not responsible for content transmitted by users through the Platform.


18. Miscellaneous

18.1. Our duty is limited to performing visa application assistance and completing formalities per applicable rules. We are not responsible for approval/rejection decisions.

18.2. We are not responsible if you overstay or otherwise violate immigration conditions; you are solely liable for any penalties or actions by authorities.


19. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (including acts of God, system outages, strikes, war, epidemics, regulatory actions, or government portal failures).

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


22. Dispute Resolution (Arbitration)


Before filing a claim, the parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally. If unresolved within 90 days after written notice, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator. The arbitrator will render a decision within 60 days of appointment unless extended for good cause. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Costs will be borne by the losing party, or as allocated by the arbitrator if no clear prevailing party. This clause does not limit either party’s right to seek preliminary injunctive relief in court.



23. Severability and Waiver

23.1. Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

23.2. Waiver. No failure to enforce any right or provision is a waiver of such right or provision.


24. Translation

If these Terms are translated, the English version controls in case of conflict.


25. Changes to These Terms

25.1. We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice before they take effect.

25.2. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
