1. Gather Your Documents

2. Online Application Submission

3. Payment of Fees

Pay the visa fee securely online using a valid card. A payment receipt is generated after successful payment.

4. Application Review

The Vietnam Immigration Department reviews your application. Processing usually takes 3 business days, though it may take longer during peak periods.

5. Receive Your eVisa

Once approved, your eVisa will be emailed. Print a copy to carry with you when traveling.

6. Present at Immigration

At your chosen port of entry, show your printed eVisa, passport, and any supporting documents to immigration officers for final entry stamping.

Eligibility & Requirements

To apply for a Vietnam eVisa, you must:

• Be a citizen of one of the approved countries listed by Vietnam Immigration.

• Hold a passport valid for at least 6 months from your intended date of entry.

• Provide a recent photo and scanned passport page that meet specifications.

• Specify entry and exit points: eVisa is valid only for the ports chosen in your application.
